★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened to visit Roots on a fine Sunday morning, hope to find a more personalized service compared to the more established chains.
I was greeted warmly by the owner, Rashmi, and she seemed like a pleasant personality. I was then guided by her and the hairmaker took over. He was very patient in listening to what style I wanted. He also suggested some good changes to the style and voila, what came out as the end product was phenomenol.
Really was I impreseed with the overall service and the skill of the staff.
Looking forward to going there again to avail other services as well.

I recently got my hair color done after a very bad experience from another famous salon, i was very doubtful of how will it turn out to be. But to my surprise, it was even more satisfying than i expected. Special mention of the (now) owner and the service provider in my case Karan. He has done a wonderful job and is very courteous and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get ready to get pampered when you visit Roots. Pleasant and well trained staff, very friendly and polite owner, and what amazing services. I got hair spa, waxing, facial and hair trimming done, and I couldn’t be happier.

I have been getting facials here once a month since this salon opened. Rootz saloon is wonderful! The whole experience is so relaxing…I have fallen ?! Love coming here!
This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my hair. Their extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched.
