The Ro-Ro Ferry service is a fantastic initiative by Modi Government. The service is smooth, the loading and unloading is smooth. Waiting lodges are decent. The time taken in the entire journey from Hazira to Ghogha is around 5hours. Which could be faster, but there are no complaints. There is only 1 single time slot available. 8am and 3pm return. There are 3 classes, Executive, Business and Lounge. Unfortunately except for the sitting there is no difference in all 3 classes. Caution: Lounge area is designed specifically for VIPs to travel with privacy, and you may be asked to cancel or shift to other classes in case a VIP plans a last moment trip. It happened with us on our recent trip. The Entry and Exit procedures are missing, they leave all classes of passengers with or without vehicles at the same time, crowding the docks and stairs with people and luggage. Suggestions: 1. They should let the Lounge members leave first. Then the Business class passengers with cars. Then Business class passengers without cars. Then Executive class passengers with cars. And Finally Executive class passengers without cars. This will enable a smooth people to smoothly disembark the ship, while giving preference to the higher paying passengers. Also if the crowding is reduced, the chances of people falling in accidents are less, and chances of people scratching cars while walking the narrow road are minimal. 2. The Lounge members should have a butler service to service then with food on order. Currently they have to use the same service as the other classes. 3. There should be a private tour for lounge members who wish to see more of the ship or meet the captain. 4. There must be designated areas on the roof for all classes. So as to give an opportunity to all class of people to enjoy the open roof of the ship. In our recent trip we noticed that Executive class passengers don't sit in the designated areas but occupy all of the space on the roof instead. Making it unavailable to Business or Lounge class passengers.

Specious hall for seating with comfortable seat. Mobile charger, TV for entertainment and food court also available, Less one Star for food quality not upto class. Easy entery process. Huge top upper deck is available for enjoyment of passengers.

Good experience to travel. When we travelled , it was on time and we reached Ghogha by 12.30 pm. We had booked the VIP tickets hence it was good and less crowded. There is a small canteen which serves breakfast items and small thalis also. Overall a good experience.

It's nice. Worth visit once. It's just that ferry will make you reach in short period of time i.e. 6 hrs. Max. If you go in noon you can enjoy sunset, seats are comfortable, centralized AC. There are 3 compartment executive, economic, VIP. In vip there is washroom attached rest both are similar

Very bad service. As we seat in ferry from morning 7 am. Its take too much time. It will drop us at ghogha at 3 pm. Which means 7 hours. In this much of time we can reach ghogha by car. Very bad service. There is no difference between economy class and business class. Food is good. But sad with the timing. They told us that ferry will drop you at ghogha in 4 hours. But its take 7 hours. If someone want to go for experience then they can go but it is very time consuming
