★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is a residential place. Neat and tidy.i stay in society since last 20 years. no problem of water. there is a power back up for common lights and lifts. residents are well educated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are owner then its very good society to stay but if you planning to take on rental then be aware of brokers within society. They have their own rules. They will ask you to pay brokerage every year. And owners will not even bother to talk to you. Rent the flat at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on Lane 11 roa, Next to Sai Dwarka society in Kondhwa Khurd. Gated community with amenities and good space for the parkings and play for children. People can have a walk after dinner inside the place. Club house, garden, lawn and proper security checks at the entrance. No outsiders allowed after 11 pm in night.
Next to Modern Chinese restaurant.
