The property is well equipped to ensure a comfortable and highly enjoyable escape from city life and has a beautiful outdoor pool, lawn, BBQ pit and fruit trees. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a vacation home, very close to the city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is pretty clean and well managed. Utmost care is taken to provide all amenities to the guests. The place was as beautiful as in the photographs.
The whole process from enquiring about the place till leaving the property was hassle free and easy going. The host was accommodating throughout. An overall good experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place to stay and spend some quality time with your family and friends. The stay was very comfortable. The best part is the pool and the fact that you have it all for yourself. There's complete privacy, and away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.
The host was great at communication and all the details provided was accurate and the place looks exactly how it looks in the pictures. The caretaker was gem of a guy, fulfilled all our requirements.
Pablo is a very friendly dog ?
Campfire was lit and projector was available for movies and TV.
Only issue is with the food though. We ordered from a dhaba nearby, which wasn't very great, but was manageable, considering we brought many snacks with us (but worth compromising on, because of the beautiful farm house).
There's also a complete functional kitchen, with all the Utensils you'll need including plates, glasses, cutlery etc., gas stove, and some basic cooking essentials like salt, sugar, masalas etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful place with even wonderful people. Amazing food, lovely stay, spaciousness, solitude and Pet Friendly! What else one needs?! Our short stay of couple of days resulted in we making plans for the upcoming months. We were a family of a 5 months old, 2 adults and a 11 year old doggo, 4 of us. The reasons that sets Roy Farms apart:
1. The property is fitted with anything and everything you need! Open Kitchen, Cottages, Amazing Pool, Garden!
2. Asha Mam, Mohan Uncle and Sandeep. What a treatment!!! The food literally had that homelyness which we Crave!
3. The management with its few specific rules and upkeep has added stars to the place. Every view is curated and special special mention to Pablo! The handsome, Dark good boy taking care of the place.
Thank you so much Roy Farms for the memories!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place to be with your family or friends, Great hospitality, very clean, all required equipments are available, clean pool, neat rooms and very good caretaker. You can have a BBQ setup, cook and eat. All facilities available. Loved the place and would recommend to all.

People looking for resort services or for a uber luxurious stay or to have loud parties should not come here. this is not a 5 star hotel nor a club.
The description given by the host is exactly as described - "A peaceful rustic space"
But one can never find this experience in any 5star hotel for sure .
The privacy, mesmerising pool, lovely kitchen, humble caretaker, amenities better than our basic home. Well this is a perfect getaway for a family, there isn't a better package of a place than this anywhere around Bangalore.
Only issue we had was that we lost our way. But managed to reach the farm, thanks to the host for guiding us.
A must visit for families ? ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well define place to enjoy with your large family and friends away from the crowd without any intervention of any other people or family. Was well maintained and enough place for kids to enjoy. Can take a pep walk to the garden. Caretaker will also make sure that the guest doesn't feel uncomfortable. All thanks to the owner who made sure that we reach to right destination and our stay would be worth remembering. Thanks once again.
