My brother suffer from Brain TB we all totally hopeless but when we meet Dr Ujjawal sir he helped very much and now brother is very well and much better. He is God for me thanks

โ โ โ โ โ Diagnosis wise good, the doctor spoke nicely and explained the issue nicely and suggested the tests to be done.
However, a clinic is not just about doctors. The experience of waiting for the doctor to come for OPD that was supposed to be from 10:30 to 5 PM, was exhausting and unhygienic. The doctor came at 1 PM. So after paying Rs 700 you wait for hours for the doctor to come only to meet him for less than 2 mins. Because till 5 PM he would see 40+ patients. Prior to his arrival the assistants there spoke with patients and did most of the work to be done by the doctor.
Also, it was total chaos outside the clinic, no management. No one wearing masks (not clinic's fault), and inside the clinic there was a horrible smell of sweat. This is something the management or owner need to rectify. A clinic should not smell like this.
The assistants outside are very rude and insensitive. The person called a patient's name, this patient had problem in walking due to some issue in leg, so he was walking slowly. The assistant had the audacity to shout at him, can't you listen I am calling you, walk fast. He should be not be working here.
Next time, I would not visit this clinic. The tests suggested will be done and shown to some other doctor.
