And major and important is the owner of the studio... Mr. Roy he is too good person and been very happy ? to see him around and he has keen observation skills for each client... Appreciated his dedication ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this place Mr. Roy is extremely rude. He doesn't pay attention to the customer's requirement.
Very adamant and loud.
Being in a service industry one needs to be humble.
Bad Attitude and Bad Behaviour.
Moreover this place is not Covid Compliant.
Disposables are not being used.
Mask is not being worn.
The workers don't cover their mouth and nose while performing the task.
The Salon is air-conditioned only for name sake. You feel as if you are sitting in a Jacuzzi.
There are many other better options rather than to visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I frequent Roy’s mainly because it has a high standard of cleanliness which Mr Raju instills among all his staff. The service offered is also very good and all COVID protocols are strictly followed. I mainly go for shave and pedicure and sometimes I get my hair cut from Mr Raju. All the staff are polite and well trained. So maintain your high standard and I will be your faithful customer.
