★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely third class service. They have no ethics at all. The owner/manager is an arrogant person who doesn't bother informing about cancellation from his end. He just assumes that the person will order from somewhere else if the order is delayed or not delivered.
After this drama, when I asked him if he wants to provide the water delivery service, he simply said that I should look for another vendor. Hats off to your customer service.
