I had been to this shop to get a new reverse camera installed on my Volkswagen Polo car. These people don't have a clue on how to install the camera, yet they agreed to do the work on my car. The mechanic (Owner of the shop) was frequently YouTubing the steps on how to install the reverse camera in VW polo.
With much effort of 2-3 hours, they had finally installed the reverse camera, and the funny part is, the brand new reverse camera stopped working as soon as I reached my home. I had to get the car back to the shop for getting it fixed. They looked around and couldn't figure out the issue. and told me to come the next day for installing a new camera.
Finally, the reverse camera was installed and was working fine. This time the mechanic, miss placed the Tail lamp screw and it was lost. They got a new tail lamp screw installed after 3-4 days of follow-up.
It would be better if I would take the car to an authorized dealer for getting a new reverse camera installed.
I would not prefer to go to this shop ever again even for a small job, as they are not professional enough to handle the task and they will screw up something or the other, and it would require me to follow up with them.
