★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called up the reception to enquire one lady pick up the speak Kannada not even English nor Hindi.Requested her to give phone to some one who speak the language...She kept the phone on hold.
Hospital is a place where visit with trust. I ll never visit this hospital nor I will suggest otherwise your patient will die.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall hospitality is fine but the staff is having very rude behaviour.
I have encountered one of the staff, she was very rude . I'm saying this because she was scolding the patient which is giving more stress to the patient and I'm very disappointed by the behaviour of the staff. I think she was a nurse as she was giving an injection to my dear friend. I was standing beside my friend as she started showing rude behaviour to my friend before an injection.
This is the reason I'm giving only 1 star.
Maybe some people encountered and experienced but none can raise voice .
So, it is my humble request to attend politely to a patient whether the staff is in good mood or not.
