My mom loves it, dad loves it for the honest service they provide and I, above all love the vast range they have. I'm a person for whom aesthetics and quality both matter equally. Royal Departmental store provides both.
We got a lot of our kitchen equipment from them and whenever we need any service for any equipment, they're always very quick and thorough. If for some reason, they're not able to help, they would recommend you a good service elsewhere or would do that for you themselves.
My husband and I shopped for kitchen goods to take them along with us to our home in Canada. The price and quality both are perfect. :)

My issue related to bill and warranty got resolved, but after a thumping period of 1 year.
This made my experience tasteless and very unsatisfactory.
Variety of products at the store was quite sufficient though.
