★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite staff but one of the receptionist booked us up for 4:30 doctors appointment the next day and called us at 3:49 saying the appointment is at 4:00 the same receptionist recommend us a Gastroenterology for treating kidney stone and then the doctor made a report and in the end said that the receptionist's get mixed up and he did not specialise in the feild and told us that we needed to see a urologist charged us and gave a 50% discount for something that he doesn't even treat and recommended a doctor. I am extremely disappointed with the hospital for making such a mistake, people trust hospitals blindly as we don't know anything about medicine if we're being honest and such mistake made by the hospital is just supposed to be excused with a 50% discount?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for CT scan urography, reception team first took prescription and told me wait and after long time they told me that they dont do CT scan test here , i mean seriously that how they called themselves medical staff when they don't know the prescription,such a waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors for sonography (Ultrasound) do not come on time and they ask patients to drink lot of water and create urine pressure (which I never Heard in Delhi).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and treat to patient is very good...Thank you for taking care of me and the staff is vry polite and humble...their environment is vry clean but charges cost is vry high expensive....but you guys excellent work keep it up.... :)
