★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst customer experience till date with royal digital studio. I gave them a simple framing job on 2nd January which was supposed to be returned to me completed on 3rd evening. I have still not received it. Me and my husband have visited the shop a total of 4 times till date. Everytime there is a mistake which has to be corrected. We acted with utmost patience at first but now they have crossed all limits. When we gave them instructions on what is needed they did not write anything down. The lady at the counter was so good at lying, we felt as if she is so professional but bear in mind, she is a big time lier. Don't waste your time at all with this studio. More than time or money you will lose ur peace of mind. We are so agitated because they have made multiple mistakes to a simple framing job. Its actually mental harassment. Such people should be dragged to court but we have already lost so much peace of mind that we just want the our painting back and be done with it. What i can do is atleast help others so that no one else suffers the same thing.
