It has the unique connectivity by its close proximity to Damana square, the Damana regent market, Sailashree Vihar and Rangeswar Temple.
The complex is security guarded, ample parking space outside without interference of any other neighbouring property.
The residents are peace loving and are decent.
The residents have opportunity to use the nearby open space which is being used as a playground and also as Jatra Padia.
The morning walk freaks can use the nearby park in nearby Phase-7 area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here for only 3 years yet I can call it home. The house is nice as well as the friendly guards. However the Apartment caretaker Sushanta seems a bit shady. He is completely money minded and would do anything to skim off a bit from the society funds. Seems like he would have his own drug-cartel and possibly even a serious gang. Do not allow your children near him or the only thing you will be getting back is a ransom note. It's overall a holistic place though.
