Till now we had not any registration process it's really bad.we had totally bad opinion on nelamangala sss motors. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst show room ever dont ever buy any bike in this showroom i booked my bike on jan its became 7 months now at Last they said to cancel my please trust never ever go to this showroom u will fail ur dreams and worst staff and manger they simply play the game eat ur money ???

Last month (Aug 15 2020) I was stuck on the road near Nelamangala, followed by Mr. Prajwal’s call (G.M Service, SSS Dasarahalli), their team has arranged a RSA team (Mr. Mohan and Mr. Nadeem) and solved the issue in minimal time and I have visited their service centre too, all are very friendly to customer, feels like our own entire team. A special thanks to Mr. Nadeem as he could understand the issue and cleared in a minimal time. Keep continue the same with all customer, Looking forward.

1.Service
2.Spares Sales
3.Front end Bike Sales
Service - They do their job well. I would rate service as 6/10 .The mechanics are Good and friendly with customers and respond really well .Problem is with the supervisor who is not so responsive .
Spares sales - I would rate 1/10 and this is the worst section of this place .There sits a billing guy inside a cave who is hopeless and you often feel like slapping him for his behaviour.Problem with receiving different payment modes ,problem with change and what not.The lady here is okay
Front end sales - not interacted here personally but have been responsive on a few occasions when I had rang them up .
Overall this place needs improvement . Very conjusted and no proper repair bays.Mechanics are Good which is the key .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center for premium bikes like RE. No proper equipments/items/guidance. You have to wait for months for replacement of any faulty item. I have experienced worst service provided by this vendor.
I recommend do not ever buy or do service in this center. Its waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge based on individual part replacement even if the bike is given out for service. These are additional to ₹825 charged as service labour.
E.g: labour charges extra for brake replacements, chain adjustments, wheel cush rubber, etc..
Why should we pay above additional labour even when you have to remove wheel for adjustments??
General bill: 2000 for parts and 2000 for labour...
"Charges are fixed by Royal Enfield" will be the standard reply upon enquiry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most warts experience unprofessional peoples and very 3rd class service. Don’t visit this service center not wash ? properly all dirt not cleared useing used engine oil for polishing and chain cleaning but chain lub charge 150 rupees very very 3rd class service and payment also issue.
