★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service engineers are well versed with the problems and very enthusiastic,but the floor technicians are poor,I saw them moving with a oil can in the name of servicing,no deep knowledge,no brakes check,no clutch check,just added more oil to chain in name of lubrication and charged me additional ₹ 200.the washing and polishing is poorest.my bike was much shiny when I went,the service personal complemented me and returned me a dirty ,patchy, water marked bike.they inflated the normal general free servicing charge to additional ₹300.on compalining the polish boy again rubbed the same rag few more times and that's it.let me see the under wrnty mag wheel change proposed for my old air leak issue from rear tyre(got tyre changed 2 times),then I might review this again .....No photos since they don't let us click any pics .

To start with First service for my GT650 they offered me free pickup
Akshay was the service head who came personally to collect the bike.
Service explanation :-
1. Well time management
2. Kept me updated.
3. Offered free pickup and service package which was just 600 for a year in which u get 4 pickups and drop
4. Asked me to test ride before making payment so if any concern can be fixed.
While procedure took me less than 10 mins.
Overall I had a good experience with them.
There will always be wait if you go without checking with your service executives.
My advice call them check with them and go. You won't have to wait at all.

I have meteor supernova blue one month old bike i go for first service today I told my problem to service assistant regarding bike engine issu they said you have to replace tapped kit without checking this and they give quotation for first service is around 2300rs and then i go to so called Customer Relationship manager mr dilip and told my problem they give me very rudely answer i feel very bad about my decision purchase Royal Enfield bike because of this service centre staff they have don't care about customer are buying bike around 2.5 lakh they don't give proper answer main thing they don't offer water
