★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far, this should be the best place for getting the RE serviced in Delhi. Very cooperative, courteous staff with a positive attitude. Special mention to Mr. Rohit, Mr. Jatin and Mr. Pawan for hearing out all issues patiently and giving all assistance. This is what customers want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Dont' expect too much of what you'd call "Customer service". The sales and the service team won't deliver on that. If you go in without any expectation, you'd probably end up getting served better.
2) Access to the place is difficult. It's situated on a busy road
3) No parking place for your car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there at 6pm to get my bike serviced and get a few issues addressed, they refused saying its too take bikes... But then I requested them and told that I am doing a long ride, that I am coming from leh, heading towards Bangalore and so need to leave the next day. They understood my situation and accepted the bike... I got my bike back in 30-45 mins and I also had a flat front tyre and the service executive there proactively offered to go get that fixed too... I was mighty impressed with the way they took care of me and my bike... I tipped the service executive just because I didn't know how else to show my gratitude ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They haven't even changed the air filter after service. Worst service centre ever. I don't know what have they done with my bike. They did nothing in my bike during service. I won't recommend this service centre to anyone. Pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service centre and trained staff.. Went there for 3rd service of my bike (interceptor 650). Only challenge I faced was that in spite of being serial no. 1 in the queue the bike service started at around 11 am which was bit frustrating. Rest all was fine.
