β β β β β I visited the showroom many times. Stuffs are good. Showroom location is good. Parking available. Stuffs are active for customer every time. They have good behaviour. But only one bad thing is almost 1 month over but I didn't get my bike.

β β β β β I have himalayan 2021 bought in October 2021, on my first service there were no issues on my bike but after 1st service i was getting engine stalling problem, i reported the issue with their service manager and he told me to get the bike to fix my issue, they took entire day for fixing. They even don't know that what is the exact problem seeing the manager was calling other services centre for resolution on google meet. Later in evening they handed over my bike to me. But still the problem exist. I took my decision to show my bike to another service centre i.e aditya motors and solved my issue within 3 hours. After few days i found another issues of thak thak sound in small pot holes from the front of my bike again i visited om motors for issue but they were unable to understand my issue and saying me that it's normal there is no sound coming. Amd refused to work on it.
Again i lodge a complaint with re service centre and om motors called me for the rectification but still they couldn't provide the solution. I visited Aditya motors for this problem amd they resolved it quickly.
Please don't visit this service centre they have untrained staffs and they don't have proper knowledge of trouble shooting.

β β β β β Location is shown wrong in Google Map. I have edited the location but Google is yet to publish it. It is opposite Tanushree Marriage Hall. They don't sell parts off the counter. They sell parts only if the part is fitted in their workshop. This they say is because of a policy of Royal Enfield.

β β β β β Service personnel are good, behaviour is good but one thing, Part price is higher than the market. Not all part, common parts which are available online are same in price but the parts which are not listed in online are costly than the MRP.

β β β β β Staffs are good and helpful , the showroom has customer lounge facility which is air conditioned which is very good and comfortable. The bikes are good and seamless for buying. Staffs are polite and helpful. No idea about the servicing yet.

β β β β β Technical: very skilled workers. They handled my bike with great care and have done a terrific job. I have been to service centres where they try to rip off by providing unnecessary replacements of parts, but here it was totally different. I've been riding since 2009, and am glad to say that they are doing a really good job .
Ambience and Comfort: A very spacious AC room with large window is provided where we can observe the servicing procedure. Comfortable chairs with tables are provided with TV and drinking water with washroom.
Billing: I am happy with the bills.
Customer Care: I came to know about this centre on Google. Then I called the customer care executive, and she was very helpful and also provided direction on call and assistance.
I am glad to give a very positive feedback and will be back for next servicing.

β β β β β Service of Bike is Superb and Staff Behaviour is Excellent. Service Technicians and Supervisors are Brilliant. Waiting Room for Customer are just Fantastic. Overall an Excellent Experience I Have with Om Motors. Keep it up Guys..??

From the day of enquiry to booking and delivery I was addressed very sincerely and each and every doubts were cleared by them with patience. Their behaviour towards their customers is very nice and you won't regret buying your next RE Bike from them, specially if you are from HOWRAH!
