★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having kept the bike for 48 hours they could not fix the wheel. Poor response from the employees. During servicing of bike, everything that they do is wash your bike,, rest nothing will be done. Better to find other servicing centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Ostwal Royal Enfield Nasik for booking of Royal Enfield Classic Helsiyan Green Model under CSD purchase, as per agency Total on road price of bike includes CSD payment + RTO Charges + Insurance + Leg Guard + Extended Warranty and Road side assistance , but as per royal Enfield company any accessories like leg guard and extended warranty and road assistance is not compulsory for customer but Ostwal dealer of Nasik is not taking bookings without Accessories and Extended Warranty and Road side assistance, Dealer is saying it is compulsory by company , specially dealer is making it compulsory to CSD customers only because dealer said that I recieve the payment from CSD after 2 months that's why late . This is not good behaviour of Dealer for Defence personal.

First they call for service and if we book for pickup and drop service, they don't pickup the vehicle and even not contact to customers that they will come or NOT and even their executive behave very rudely and arrogant to the customers. Pl don't buy vehicle from this showroom..very poor services and arrogant people working there. Owner should look into this matter for better services.
