★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The problem is not sorted. They told me to check with them after 4 days. I checked and they said, you still have to wait. When I said that is wrong, they told me we can't do Anything and if you wish, you can complain to the manager of the service centre. So rude and incompetent people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have the spare parts available with them. Have given me a time of 15 days and still didn't received a call from them. Infact the service manager asked my phone to give him good ratings and without my permission started giving him 5 star ratings .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best RE service center that's why it's difficult to get same day appointment for service here. So kindly get an appointment by contacting them before giving your bike on service. The staff behaviour is polite and they will assist you properly for the suggestions and the problems (if you have any). They also offer SOW (Service on Wheels) facility at your home without any extra charges for the bikes which requires a general service (if your bike doesn't have any major problems). Don't worry, if you opt for SOW they will provide a coupon which will be valid for 1 month from the date of service for washing (You can go to the service center for the wash, this will take around 1 hour). Extremely satisfied!

I’ve been extremely satisfied with service provided by them , I booked starting with repairing or replacing my fuel tank due to paint issue in new bike , checking and servicing , etc. All the things done on priority
On top, you get advice how to maintain your bike the best way possible. I couldn’t ask for more and I completely trust his expertise based on my experience of the last bike service checks.
I really appreciate the service manager help and support , he is so helpful
