★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royal Enfield Service Center of Sareen Motors LLP is the first and the oldest authorized Royal Enfield identity in the city of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
Located opposite to Rambagh Post Office in Rambagh near Sisamau and Brahm Nagar, the service center is at the underground level with their administration office and the authorized part retailer outlet at the ground floor and the Royal Enfield authorized showroom located at the third level of the same building.
The mechanics and technicians working their are all professionally-trained by Royal Enfield and experts in their respective jobs.
However, their service and labour charges are very high and unjustified. It's like paying a fortune and it burns a hole in your pocket always. Since they have the monopoly for their products, you have no other alternative but to agree to their exorbitant charges to keep your bike in good working condition. Otherwise, the same work and labour can be done by other mechanics and shops located in the nearby areas for almost a tenth of the amount charged by Royal Enfield Service Center.
I have been a Royal Enfield customer since 2012 and have always got my bike serviced at their facility with genuine products. Still they never gave me any discounts.
