To celebrate this prestigious order, they rename their undertaking the Enfield Manufacturing Company Ltd. and call their first Bob Walker Smith designed bicycle, the Enfield. The following year, their bicycles are renamed Royal Enfields and the trademark ‘Made Like A Gun’ is introduced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible experience I had on this service center they took my bike after a lot of waiting . My bike's job card number was 17 . They keep me waiting and completed bike with job card no 20 and 21 .when I asked them why they didn't do my bike first they said it was a minor change in bike 20 and 21 . If it was a minor thing does it take 3 hour to replace a indicator bulb . My suggestion would be if don't know any one at this service center don't go there .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer relationship people at Service station take a lot of time to login even a job card for vehicle service .. there are no disposable glasses at the water dispenser.. toilet looks unhygienic.. mechanics are good no doubt but handlers are poor.. they need to improve a lot it looks and feels like a local garage .. improve your service experience for customers RE

My rear brake was not working as there is a master cylinder that needs to be replaced.
They didn't have part so asked me to wait for 15 days
Strange that the part is not available
It's been more than 15 day, parts are still not available.
So i asked for service for my bike
It cost around 2286rs. They didn't gave me a bill stating that the printer is not working. I asked to email me the bill.
Called 3 times requesting for bill yet they have not provided the bill.
Very pathetic customer service. Not happy at all.

Price of the items aold is too high even they charge too much for servicing they dont have a good customer feedback .
Sone of staff is well behaved but some of them are rude and dont behave properly .
