Workshop manager and some staff ate gutka during conversation with customers.
90% staff not wearing face mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and quick service provided by service center, I'm very happy after sevicing my classic 350.But i can't give 5 star because there is many faulty Hydrolic Zig installed and No action taken by Service center Management,U have to fix it ASAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advance booking is done by giving the customer the assurance of delivering the vehicle in 15 to 20 days. After knowing that 15 days have passed, it is said that it will take 15 days, 20 days, one more month. In this way the act of misleading the customer is done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is good! Head mechanic Mr. Nagendra has good expertise in dealing with vehicle problems and customer issues! Very well doing with him and his team.
Surprisingly after 8 years I have done engine buffing for bullet which is very impressive, as most of service center do not have engine buffing but this service center has! We love that as vehicle enthusiast.
Totally satisfied with service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good service people but you'll have to wait for long to get to your turn. Also if you have little work like accessories installation then also you'll have to wait and get in line. Like for mirror and indicator installation which is just 10 minutes work you'll have to wait 1-2 hours. I think they should have different section for these little works.
