★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my Standard 350 serviced from Mr Rafiq and he has done a better job than the service center itself. This was the 6th service but the first time I've given it to Mr Rafiq and it was way better than the previous 5 times that I gave to the showroom. I highly recommend this place and make sure you get the name and location right as there's another Royal Enfield center in the same road which is not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing about Rafi is his honesty... My bull had starting issues. Most of the mechanics said its electrical issue or coil needs to be replaced or something that would have costed me nearly 2-3k.
This guy didnt mislead at all and simply said that the battery is faulty, has seen many such cases and no issues with the bike...
Gave me battery of his own bike to test for 2,3days... Battery was under warranty so total expense? Rs 0
Must visit, one hell of a gem amongst those crooks in the market

trying to make fool of customers and replacing parts that are unnecessary. had a very bad experience with my CL 350. Gave the bike coz of a break failure. charged 2k for repair. gave a comment that my forks are gone,since i found the guy a bit crooked went to an other mechanic and checked the forks with him. it was in good condition.
Never ever visit this place. i repeat never visit this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Rafiq sir is the best RE doctor in Bangalore (Or even in India I would say). I have been servicing my Thunderbird 350 here for the past 5-6 months and Mr. Raifq never let me down. He does proper check up and explains each and every points very clearly and politely. The best part is he is really passionate about his work and always bills a very reasonable price. I bet you cannot find any better mechanic than him. True doctor. Thank you so much Mr. Rafiq
