My experience.
First of all when i called a booking for service for almost 4 days and there was no pickup for call. And then i got a call from amreli service center and told me to come before 1:30 pm.
I reached at 1:00 pm but service men told me to wait for upto 2:30 pm because there is lunch break.
Ok no problem upto this but now
I had some problem in my gun metal grey after service.
1. Bike was not running smoothly because it was not started for 3 months in lockdown in march to may 2020. But after that i had service at bhavnagar so it was done.
Service men told me to change spark plug (both) but there were no problem in spark plug than also changed.
After they told me to repair its carburettor and clean. That also did.
2. Speed chain needs cleaning and lubrication so i told to clean chain.
But it was not cleaned properly
3. Leaver was not so smooth as new bike so i requested to do so but they refuse to do and told me it wasn't any problem in that but the size of new handle applied in my bike.
4.Left side mirror was not fixed and told them but they not fixed that also
5. Service men speaking to me that " What is your religion? "
As I told " Why? "
He told me " I am also hindu and i am not doing any cheat"
Royal enfield doesn't need any these type of promises to give trust to their customers.
Their service is their promice
When i called them they advice me to not receive my bike untill i find any problem from their service station.
I haven't seen any worst service in my 3 years of experience with Royal ENFIELD.
This type of bad service is spoiling the image of Royal Enfield.
Think twice before going to here for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service experience was very bad after 5 times they have sold my brack issue and the man in service who says he is manager as too much attitude and as no knowledge about technicalities the behaviour was very bad of the manager and rude too but other co-workers were very supportive and polite
