I am daily user of classic 500 & use the same for daily traveling.
went for a regular service here on Saturday 19th Sept 11 AM & waited for whole day . at evening 6 PM i have been told bike starting problem is there & will be rectify & delivered at door step on very next morning.
Till that time i am daily chasing with help line no but no response.
I tried to talk with service manager but staff says mam cant talk write now, she is on leave today, she is outside & will call back.
it have been more then 15 days but still i didn't get by bike back.
This is the only vehicle i am having & used for daily office up down.
First time i had a such problem with any service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied with the services, within a weeks time of purchasing the vehicle they are saying to go for wheel alignment as the wheel is slight outside and charges for the same would be around 350rs, still not given the leg guard accessories as it has almost been 10 days and I was told that it will be available in 3days at the time of purchase,engine oil is leaking, won't suggest anyone from my circle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In most cases, I would recommend authorized service center because if anything goes wrong, you can slam it on the company and they will resolve your issues. I have faced issues with Royal Enfield service centers in the past but the company has been more than happy to put people higher up the chain on the issues and resolve them. On top of that, you have most spare parts readily available with an authorized service center which won't be the case with a local mechanic. As our motorcycles get complicated, it is better to stick to authorised ones because they are trained to deal with the new technologies that manufacturers adopt.
For my other motorcycle, which is other brand , I prefer a local mechanic but only because I owns a royal Enfield in which I dont want to take any kind of risk with anything so i keep my bike serviced here I will recommended everyone to get it serviced by AVR it is one of the bestest service centre I have ever seen good staff with good experienced team .
