★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Experience on this place. I went to change the name on Insurance for my Bullet bike. I have submitted all the necessary documents and the new RC whom I have sold my bike. There staff is like uneducated and don't know how to do that. I have visited 4 times in 1 month and follow up with them 15 times on call. Still they were not able to update Insurance. Finally I visited liberty Gen Insurance office and they completed my work within an hour. Total wastage of time and zero after sale service.
