I am a rider I started from delhi to Goa but after I crossed udaipur I started to feel heavy missfires from my 500 classic squadron blue bike, so someone suggested me to go to modasa royal enfield service centre, so somehow I managed to reach there and After getting both the spark plugs changed my bike didn't stop mis firing but also started to loose its pickup. I was really worried for my journey as it was too long to go, anyway even after the inspection of 2 hours none of the engineer from this Royal Enfield service centre could find the issue and the root cause. I was the one who insisted them to open the fuel tank and check the filters so after a big discussion with manager there team decided to open the tank as initially they were continually saying it has nothing to do with fuel tank. Well they opened the tank and removed the filter and after throwing air on the filter they fitted the tank on my bike and the problem wasn't solved yet as I worried because it was 7pm and I had no option of stay as I asked manager to check the FI as this problem could have been fuel to fuel back issue but manager directly said No and asked me to come back tomorrow as he has to leave for home. I litterly bagged in front of him so that he could ask his team to open the fi fuel injecor and check the problem but he refused to check my bike and suggested me to visit him tomorrow. I had no other option but to ride my bike towards vadodra which was far away from madosa, i ride it on 40km per hour speed on dark highway and by the grace is God, managed to reach Godhra where my bike went off, so we Google nearby Royal Enfield service station and it was 3 in the night so v took hotel near to the service centre and at early morning I took my bike to RE and here is the intance Working Structure.. Wowww.... I didn't uttered them anything like fuel filter, fi bla bla nothing, the senior technician himself started to diagnose the issue and in next 3 minutes he assured me that problem shall be resolved and you know guys he opened the fuel tank, and cleaned the filter for 45 minutes continually with patrol and after that he opened up FI and cleaned that as well, after 2 hours I was all set to continue my riding. I specially want to thank Sharukh and one more technician senior I am sorry I forgot his name, he is so telented... ROYAL ENFIELD GODHRA SERVICE STATION IS SUPERB WITH SUPERSTAR TEAM.... AND MADOSA ROYAL ENFIELD SERVICE STATION TEAM IS SO POOR IN KNOWLEDGE THEY CAN ONLY WASH YOUR BIKE and can give you basic service that's all... manager you should learn to treat customers and try to understand where that biker will go at night if you guys won't resolve the issue.. Leave resolve, you guys didn't even check it properly.... shame on you madosa RE you must learn from Godhra service station.....
