★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the day of delivery they don’t have the number plate ready stating that delay from somewhere. The commitment doesn’t seems getting executed.
Looking after reviews we booked the bike from this showroom which is 25km away from our home. Service isn’t as per our expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 7th Mar 2022 My bike was delivered to me. I reached at 12 pm and started process. I feel management was very Cheap in Marathi language bhongda karbhar? . I registered Choice number and its receipt provided to showroom there was one Female employee tried to passing my bike to RTO and Choice number was belong to Pune Corporation that is MH12 but her tried couple of time with Pimpri Corp that is MH 14. And showroom manager Mr Bhide said this problems occurred from RTO. Totally Miss guide to us and we rounded RTO office multiple times. Showroom wasted our time near about four hours.
I put my all paper (it was some personal and bike related ) on the customer sitting bench and waiting for the Final process during that one guy come and pick my all document and went to courier without reading the address and Without checking envelopes. And still that all documents are missing . So lot of communication gap and work culture.
I observe that Mr Bhide Is tired to Highlight all problems with negative sales strategy but only one guy is try to satisfied customer @ sales manager Mr Arif. He pointed all the problems with solution. I really disappoint with that showroom staff they are decrease the reputation of Royal Enfield brand.

Especially the sales person Tanuja Pawar who made the whole procedure of buying very easy, was very helpful and made the bike available and got it delivered on the day it was promised on. While other showrooms had 1 month waiting she got the bike delivered in 12 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased RE Bullet 350 6yrs back from Dhone Automobile Kasarwadi Pune. All servicing till date done from Dhone and all original spare parts used.
Last Month on 19/ 6 I serviced my Bike and changed parts and total amount paid was Rs 6500/+ . After servicing there was oil leak issue. On 30/6 i took the bike to the showroom as there was some kick issue. Again Paid them Rs 1000/+ for the same and showed them the oil leak issue. The bike was there for 24hrs in the Showroom.
The problem of oil leak was not solved and on 20/7 i again took my bike to the service centre for same issue.
THIS TIME IT WAS MAGIC AS I GOT MY BIKE BACK IN 10 MINUTES . Saying my problem is solved.
After purchasing Annual maintenance, 3 visits and spending Rs 7500/- the problem is still not solved. Whats next guys you can relate my problem too ?
