★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, this is the only creative showroom in the town and provide good services to the customer.The only bad thing is that the bikes are not available most of the times but it's not their fault because the company takes long time to manufacture the bikes and then deliver it and Royal Enfield have a very limited factories.But in comparison with others this showroom is much better than others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a loyal customer of royal Enfield family this is the first time I have to say it that at present repair and maintenance team is the worst. My Thunderbird 350 handle is vibrating. I took my bike 3 times to the showroom and wasted my 2 days and 3000 rupees and still the same. I am very disappointed with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Customer Service experience ever. Lack of ownership as a dealer. No update for bike delivery even after 4 months of booking. Blame game on supplier. All fake promises of delivery. Had to cancel my booking without any refund.

But there is no one can understand the Himalayan in his best way
Also last time when I visit the service center no one can solve the problem related for it
