Customer buying a premium product deserves a cherishable delivery experience. I request the showroom ownership to look into this. Outstanding service from Sandeep and Rahul. They are the go to guys here now. They lived up to their commitments even in such challenging times and avoided false commitments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got delivery of my interceptor in 1 month. This is possible if you add a customisation during booking. The vehicle comes from factory with your add-ons. Happy with the delivery. The team was helpful and friendly. Booked here due to recommendation from my friend who had a good experience with interceptor delivery 2 years back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the showroom today for a test drive. The sales guys asked me to take a 1-1.5 trip around the store in crowded area. I was able to take the bike to 60 kmph on 3rd gear at best. When I requested them for a longer drive experience, the sales guy asked me to rent one on drivezy. He told me absolutely nothing about the bike, the offers, customisation, etc. Overal , if this is the sales experience, I am not sure if I should consider royal Enfield at all. I will give a shot to indiranagar showroom once. I have heard good things about them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with them. My suggestion is not to go here if you want good customer experience and support. They are very rude and they lack professionalism.
They are only interested in you until booking !!!!.
Even after paying the amount in Full. They nearly take 1 week to just deliver the vehicle (Where as they promised it can be delivered within 1 Day). Every time you call them, some one is on weekly off. there are no executive, Godown is on leave etc etc... They have soo many reasons....
BTW, They dont even have any formal way of delivering, Just give the keys and say this is how we deliver !!!.
Need to follow up for every little thing for many times. They say they will call back and never do. I wanted to get a fancy number, Hardly any one has any clarity.... Finally they say you go get it by yourself from RTO !!!!. They are not customer friendly.
After I get the RTO fancy number (My self), They take soo much time to just finish the road tax and insurance payment (That too Online !!!)..... Delay Delay Delay !!!.
its almost a week since I got my RC and Vehicle but still they have not provided the IND number plate... They are waiting for some lot to come from Hyderabad.... (BTW, It hardly takes 15mins to print the plate locally).
So after payment - 1 Week to get vehicle, 1 Week to get the RTO number, more than one week (Still not sure how long) to get a number plate.
In Simple, Executives are not interested in customer satisfaction. They are rude and hardly have any professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely worst experience. For no reason my bike carburettor was changed. Wheel spokes were changed for no reason. Cheated me offering complete chrome plating and charged me 10 thousand for that and what they did was chrome polish instead of plating and they kept the vehicle for almost a month to get this job done saying that the material stock yet to come. Never responded my calls. Apart from chrome plating my total servicing cost was more than 20 thousand . But after serving also the handle bar was loose, front disk is not working efficiently, petrol overflow is there. Only one thing they did perfectly was chrome plating on the wheel spokes ( not the old spokes, they replaced the old spokes on the wheel charged me for new spokes and did chrome plating on the new spokes). Vehicle was mis handled and scratches came on seat. Never cheat customers like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at the showroom. The sales rep and the branch manager Mr. Balasubramaniam were excellent in helping out with everything related to my queries and with the delivery of the vehicle. Good hospitality and they know how to deal with customers properly.
