★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for Royal enfield lovers to shop... may be bike delivery is little slow due to pandemic, but I assure you wil get best service. Mainly sales manager samba siva garu and service manager chinna garu and floor incharge kavya garu were very good at customer service, they always try to make in time service... by seeing the previous negative reviews i too thought staff are in efficient but after visiting the place and after interacting with them got know how much efficient they are... only negative point what I noticed is they are missing some points about BS6 vehicles , they all needed some training session on all BS 6 models, just a suggestion,Thank you jayalakshmi motors kakinada.04/09/2020

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is too bad they don't even know how to manage workshop they don't even provide "electronic equipments" to workers , they have to keep our bike for 1-2 days for general service which is oil change breaks if needed to change and some bolts and nuts got tighten if there is something minor to replace spokes or some fork bends you have to wait approximately 1 week days i have waited for approxmately 3 months to get my bike repaired which is met with minor accident with minor bends and need to replace front stems and mudgurds and footrest handle bar ?? they dont even pay enough salaries for workers when the time i got my repiared they're paying approxmately 5k-6k for workers as salary for month ??
