The duo win a contract to supply precision parts to the Royal Small Arms Factory of Enfield, Middlesex. To celebrate this prestigious order, they rename their undertaking the Enfield Manufacturing Company Ltd. and call their first Bob Walker Smith designed bicycle, the Enfield. The following year, their bicycles are renamed Royal Enfields and the trademark ‘Made Like A Gun’ is introduced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service . They are just inducing customers to pay for more and more accessories or insurance. Things which are given on the option of customers whether they want to pay for it or not for that but here this is not the case. They dont agree on giving without 3-4 accessories or extended warranty which is choice in other Dealers. The senior here is directing her subordinates to charge maximum as possible else they are not giving the bike. Worst experience with Royal enfield Showroom.
Unnecessarily overcharging on accessories that are not even needed. And buffering charges are also included in the final price without customers consent.

I went there to purchase rc 350..but beacuuse of attitude i will go explore option in Jawa Showroom. If you have less knowledge of bike...then don't go for word of sales man this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok ok staff. Nothing special. Need more trainned staff.no head mechanic available in workshop. Other technicians know only running repair. Bnt motors staff can't fullfil your loop holes. Improve service also. Worst service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tire tubes have been changed thrice. There is a problem with the gear box. There is a problem with the gear box, it can stay. There is also a problem with its chain set automatically. sounds come from very bed service for company this bike is not good my bike time only 2 month by new bike
