★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pathetic service, i had some problems with my 350CC but it didn't get resolved. Next day again i visited to workshop regarding unresolved issues they solved that but they brought new issues to my bike. I never wish to visit again to this Pooja Motoros, Badlapur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not even rate it one star, the service for interceptor is pathetic. I had gone here to adjust my Tappet setting n get the fork oil changed but after the service the Tappet noise became so terrible that it started sounding like re single cylinder models also the alignment got ruined n bike started to pull towards one side due to disassembly n assembly of the forks. They charged me approx. 1100/- rs just as labour to get all this done but as i mentioned the result was horrible. After highlighting the problem to the guy who was my service incharge he just replied ignorantly that i have to get it done again from dombivli service center. luckily there was an senior person their who was from dombivli branch i guess who understood my issue n asked me to leave the bike for 2-3 days with him n he will get the work done from dombivli n i have to collect my vehicle from dombivli now the estimated cost given by the person to me is 4000 to get it done from dombivli, let's hope that at least this tym they get it done right ??. Would not recommend the badlapur service center for 650 twins even to my worst enemies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never placed bad feedback for them yet, but it dosen't leave me any choice. Either Royal Enfield providing disgusting quality products or their is lack in the service. I fixed my issue with them but after taking max 3 rides again face same issue. As many people die because of road accident, I don't want to be part of them, these is my last service from royal Enfield never making further services from them and trying to sell my bike to buy splender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sales Experience was awesome.. The staff treated me well and their guidance during my visit was too good.. Mr. Sachin & Team did a great job on providing information on the bike in which I am interested.. But on service part I was totally disappointed. Mr. Nikhil was very rude and they didn't provide solution to my problem neither of the time I visited the service center.
