★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm having the most worst experience interms of their service, I'm owning one 500cc desert Strom, had a puncture and a minor work regarding one fitment, I have left my bike in roadside and gone their showroom to call one mechanic, they had committed that mechanic will reach soon,but nobody came and don't even called me. A very pathetic experience,Im going to trigger a mail to the RSM of the company. If such type of unprofessional things will repeat it will be difficult for them to survive in city like kalyani.
