★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own CLASSIC 350 EFI GUNMETAL GREY ( WB26BJ7707) . I visited today in SB Automobiles ( chonda more, pd -hatthuba, p.s - Habra, district - 24 parganas North, west bengal -743263) for servicing my bike in this authorised service center . The service was worst and they are using local mechanic to service ( as i saw only one mechanic wearing official uniform ), also the bike washing service was unable , for that they are using local shops to do this . On top of this ,the mechanic told me that my bike's back caliper is broken, i checked my bike before there was nothing broken , they used Flex Kwik to paste some kind of pin to the back caliper.
I regret that royal Enfield is providing such service in this region .
I am not assure of my safety due to this incident .
