To celebrate this prestigious order, they rename their undertaking the Enfield Manufacturing Company Ltd. and call their first Bob Walker Smith designed bicycle, the Enfield. The following year, their bicycles are renamed Royal Enfields and the trademark ‘Made Like A Gun’ is introduced.

β β β β β If it's possible for zero ratings I would give that here. Solitaire Royal Enfield personal are ridiculous and non supporting all of them especially Sandeep Singh (he asked me bribes in separate if you want delivery I denied but I never received my bike till date).
Booking was done on 20th February 2022 and now it's May 2022 no one from Solitaire Royal Enfield showroom is answering my calls or updating me either.
When I enquired from customer care they said my booking is transferred to other showroom - Shiva Rider Royal Enfield, Ghaziabad.
When I reached Shiva Rider, they are saying yes your booking is reflecting in the system but there's no update or ETA on your bike like when we can deliver it.
I request all the people who read this "like and share" this post today and let the #Royal Enfield personal know that they understand power of public

Its been 2+ months that I have booked a bike and during this time I felt the need to change my review. While placing the order it was all good from the solitaire showroom employees but post that it was all together a different experience with pathetic service. I could name the employee I was dealing with but I believe the entire showroom is responsible as no one took the accountability.
1. Committed to deliver the bike within 60 days which is obviously not met.
2. No update from the showroom for the status of the booking. Had to keep chasing them over call and at times had to visit the showroom personally.
3. After two months the order was transferred to another showroom without any prior intimation and simply tried to escaped from the responsibility saying we donβt have your order with us anymore.
I can go on and on with my experience but overall it was a really bad experience dealing with this showroom and I would definitely not recommend anyone visiting here.

β β β β β Fraud ! This showroom manager Sumit is a fraud who will cheat you off your money.
They did not deliver my bike for 8 months and post cancellation I have not got my booking money back for almost 2 months.
He would tell you lies on daily basis that he has deposited money in your account, cheque is ready everything, but rather he is a number 1 fraud !
Every showroom employee knows he is fraud but unable to help customers.

β β β β β They were busy in their own talk and not giving proper response to the customer. The area where this showroom is also not appealing as per the range of the bike and brand name. When we entered the sales person didint bother to stand up from his chair and was answering from his comfort.

13th May 2022: Its been 100 days since I got my bike but zero response or support from Solitaire sales people on my bike RC registration and number plates. I am home stuck and cannot take the bike out of Noida city as it has only temp registration. Their interest in customer was only to sell the bike and post sale the customer can go to hell and they don't care. I filed a formal complaint with RE two days back and 8 have been advised not to visit this showroom anymore. Please keep away. Horrible experience.
8th Nov 2021: Cool place. Very good team and ofcouse great bikes. I was there for Meteor 350 test drive and Vikas at showroom helped me with all my questions and the drive. Loved the customer centricity.
3rd Feb 2022: Finally got my Meteor 350 pure black custom colour. The showroom people, specially Vikas went out of the way to show what customer focus is all about. I was timely informed as my bike was booked band then 2 weeke back was in Production. It was delivered to me 2 weeks in advance than promised and that makes me a very delighted RE buyer. Love the bike fit and finish and its rugged looks and amazingly smooth ride. The "dug dug" of my exhaust steals the show. Thanks a lot Solitaire Automotive team. Cheers ???
24th March 2022. Used the garage service this time for first service and it was a very satisfying experience. It took 3 hours from service advisor to book the service till the service was over. The cost remained under the initially advised cost.
