★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good option to workout. Coach(trainer) is really awesome. He trained really well. Also help you with your diet plan and exercise if you cannot do it yourself for first time.
Really clean place. It's an open gym so no AC.
It's too hot sometimes but it's ok you can do more sweating without extra efforts. He he he.
If you wanna be fit. Do join the gym.
More focused on cross fit and ground workout.
