They sell low grade quality products
They do not hear post sale about any issue of their products ..I bought one dining table they have given low quality wood having termites.. Never buy any products from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Absolute liars. Delivered things week late. Delivered bad things. While taking order they said that price is inclusive of delivery but later on asked 1000 extra for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute thugs. We bough a book shelf and a side table from these idiots.
The guy who sells is an absolute liar. while showing the furniture he says all the good things. We pointed put a few things that needed to be fixed. He said he will and then deliver. Needless to say, he forgot all about it the next moment.
The people who come to deliver are thugs too. No surprises here. Most people who deliver from Shivajinagar furniture ships are thugs.
We had told the delivery coordinator that our apartment did not have service lifts and that the people delivering need to climb 4 floors. But the coordinator apparently did not tell the delivery guys. And they protest. they fight with apartment security, us and everyone they find on the way.
Finally the worst part. They damage the furniture on the way up and refuse to fix it or take it back.
And then come the biggest villain, their owner, who thinks he descended directly from heaven. When we call him to complain, he gives us a lecture on how we need to talk to him and what not.
Please do not go to this place or for that matter to any furniture shop in Shivajinagar.
Try Pepperfry or DAMRO instead. So far we had pleasant experience with these two. The cost is approx. 20% higher, but believe me, you wiss not feel sore for the rest of your life when you look at the piece of furniture that you bought!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always had negative feeling about this area. But this shop owner & his nephew made me change my thinking. They not only let me charge my phones dying battery, as well they ordered filter coffee from next door hotel. The courteous greeting to a stranger was just fabulous?? Decent n kindness rocks. This will be in my memory for the long.
Plus i really liked the collection n designs. Since they it in their own factory, the designs n quality seemed nice.
