★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here with my Family along with my 2 friend and their family.
I will share my experience here in Pros and cons.
Pros:
1. We liked the water park and kids area for toddlers. It was amazing time for the family. There was a swimming pool with around 5ft depth too. Most of the rides are good for kids.
2. The Lunch we did on our cost was awesome. Food was delicious no complaints about it. Staff was courteous and gave proper attention specially for the kids requirements.
3. The Complimentary Breakfast was also good, had good options/variety.
4. Hotel Reception as well as Staff was co-operative.
Cons:
1. First room provided to us was having very bad smell, even after cleaning it on our request the floor was bad. The room looked ugly.
2. In second room, which was given to us on request, there was very big cockroach in the bathroom at night and also when we switched on the lights at night there were several tiny cockroaches hiding below our bags and near bed.
3. Geyser in first room working fine, but in second room where we stayed the geyser was not working properly, even after keeping it on for around 20-30 minutes water was not coming hot. Because of which we had leave on checkout day without bathing.
4. There was no remote for the AC given in the room. All the time AC was on 18deg Celcius. Are we suppose to switch on and off the AC every 30 mins for the whole night!!??
5. There was no Set-top box in the second room in which we stayed, so no TV.
6. There were wall crust in ceiling.
7. Complimentary Dinner was not at all enjoyable, no proper taste or no proper selection of items. We didn't enjoyed the complimentary food at all. Complimentary Food - Not Recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ room is to big and neet n clean comfortable stay, good and cooperative staff. food quality is very good and quantity as well. giving 9 out of 10 for food and accommodation. but water park need some maintenance and upgradation. some rides are not working some is under maintenance so very much disappointed with water park. we take package with all meals. but very much less option in dinner. sor for water park and food options I'll give 5 out of 10.. overall descent experience. will recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a great experience in water. Ample of space for people to be in water and enjoy there day. Also they have good food options available whole day. Few water slide need renovation as slides are not smoothly. Too much crowd on weekdays also may be cz of vacations and summer wether. Would recommend everyone to visit once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to bring family. Cheapest rates in the area. You can enjoy the whole day with DJ & water slides. Room rent is a bit expensive.. Food was tasty and hygiene was well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good like enjoyable. We loved the food. But the pools get very dirty after a point, the slides have a long long line and the worst part is the washrooms and changing room for women. There is no water in the changing room a lot of crowd it gets very suffocating after a point and extremely unhygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Above average Resort with pools and rides adequate for a modest family and group outing. Didn't expect the food to be good, but I was wrong. It was better than what usually resorts serve as buffets.
Little too overcrowded during public holidays. Which hinders the enjoyment as you will be swimming only in a few number of average sized pools, and also will be waiting in lines for your turn in pool rides. There is about 3-4 pools, for kids and adults both. The resort has 6-7 pool rides, as well as bumper cars.

We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Though we didn't visit the water park areas.
We lodged in 2 rooms, which the staff was kind enough to spare us bigger ones.
Everything went smooth.
We didn't disturb anyone and neither did we get any disturbance.
The food was tasty throughout the day, kudos to the team
The staff is very polite, helpful and accommodating.
We had a wonderful time and I truly recommend the place for small get together or functions.
