★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, Please don't trust them for quality, they have no quality control. The DTP guys and shop owners are obnoxiously arrogant.Most of the reviews that you see on google and just dial are seeded. There is plenty of option available near that area, it's a printing hub so, please look for other options. If you are a corporate and looking for bulk order and quality please don't risk by choosing them.
Edit: The Reply from the shop's owner on this thread tells a lot about their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my Master's thesis dissertation (black book) printed here. Most guys go to Powai for that. The rates were lesser than that of Powai, plus the quality was great. The owner was little difficult to communicate. However the dissertations turned out to be perfect as I wanted it to be.

It's a prominent printing and design house.
People visit them from far away places for various services like designing DTP all types of printing, ID cards leaflets brochures etc.
They offer almost all kinds of print services.
Professional and reliable service rates are most competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of shops around but this is the worst Xerox shop I have been to they have tedious designers who never suggests any good option there are typical draftsman do what we say no creativity from their end, worst part is the owner oldie one is so rude behind counter and don’t share exact rates and fights over 25 rps, only thing which is good is they have young person generally wears black cloth is good. one hour designing rate here is 475 per hour you can get it done in 350 in neighborhood
Not recommended quality is bad as well
