Horrendous community and people, Every tenants vacate from here in a year or two.
Also There is some legal issue in the property , notices to vacate had also been distributed to the owners.
The builder decides the rule here and levy's maintenance according to his wish.
Building quality is poor with leaking plumbing and below average quality of fittings etc.
I feel sad for the owners who are living here.
