★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 4 days and it was indeed a royal experience. Every individual at the haweli were attending to us through out our stay and ensured we had a very memorable stay. They even provided us an upgrade which enhanced our stay experience here. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food here is scrumptious, be it local cuisine or continental and even south Indian idli n dosa ?. We also opted for a spa treatment and therapists acknowledged and tend to our requests based on our preference. We felt relaxed and content after our session. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to experience a haweli stay and enjoy the royal feel. Special thanks to chief of staffs Dr.Ajith and Dinesh?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A charming oasis in the heart of the new part of Jaipur. The staff is wonderful and the grounds are soothing. The spa offered a perfect treatment for jet lag. Each room is unique and well worth the stay. The dining terrace is beautiful and a good place to recharge after touring.

Beautiful open gardens, very well and tastefully decorated. Whatever food/starters we tried in the service were decent.
The problem was that the staff was untrained - almost like the temperary guys in a random marriage garden. The things were not managed well by the supervisors. When the drinks started getting served - there was no sign of snacks even after an hour. When the snacks started getting served there was no one to guide or manage the untrained service staff. There was no sign of dinner getting served even after 10 pm. We had to leave without dinner as the night curfew starts at 11 and we stay a fair distance away.
With better management, this could have been a much better party.

We did had a wait a long time for morning breakfast. Breakfast options were plenty, and tasteful. But dinner meal was not upto the mark.
I still recommend this hotel for a different experience. Lastly, location is within city, so it takes while to reach to tourist points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good facilities, great value for the luxurious ambience. However, service was bit too ... eager, and lacking professionalism at the same time. e.g. calling our phone at 10pm to remind us to check out the next day, ignoring requests for drinking water in the room.
Maybe it is an effect of the pandemic - that they have had to recruit new staff.
