★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad had appendix surgery, admitted in the hospital at night with severe pain. But staff kept him on pain killers and IV’s all night and did laparoscopy in the morning. What if it burst in the night? Which leads to life threatening emergency. after this simple surgery he got severe filaria at surgical area and also at genitals which he has been suffering from past 2 years and still suffering. Initially we thought its edema but its diagnosed as filariasis. Went to hospital for simple surgery and ended up with life long issue.

Please don't allow them to do hand test before your due date..it leads water break on next day or on the day itself.
Then more chances of C- sec.
If you want normal delivery better wait for pains.
They will tell many reasons for hand test.
My C-sec delivery happens there, I believe only reason is hand test and then water broke.
Hand test .. don't know what kind of procedure is that..very uncomfortable and painfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was waited nearly 3 hours because for medicines. Doctor find out the problem easily and define the disease but pharmacist was not there. The doctor just wrote the disease in the prescription but did not define the medicines and we don't know the medicines and will never try to buy outside. I just waited 3 to 4 hours because of medicines in pandemic situation. If I ask the staff to write the medicines I will buy outside they simply say I don't know. I don't know what the nurses are doing here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lavish and big hospital. But seating accommodation is very very poor. All chairs are filled and patients are to stand hours together. Precautions for Corona are left to air. As there are no place to sit patients and their aids are waiting at the Reception counter. Then the watchman comes and shouts all the people should sit and nobody should stand. He is very arrogant and foolishly behaves. The Administration should give warning for his misbehaviour. The girls at Reception counter should be provided with small speakers, as they call for the patients in a feeble voice, nobody could hear. The patients hall should be neatly maintained and kept silent. A Supervisor should be posted to look after all the things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Worst Experience at Royal Hospital, Gokavaram, Rajahmundry.
My friend daughter admitted for a small surgery on 16.05.2021 & discharged on 17.05.2021, after 1 week patient started suffering with paining at same place, we approached doctor again, he said need to do surgerye again.
Again on 26.05.2021 we admitted patient & discharged on 28.05.2021, they said this time surgery was successfully done.
After 1 week again we noticed again same problem in patients, again we approached, doctorr simply saying that again we need to do surgery.
Where as overall we paid 1 lakh rupees to hospitals.
I request management to please look into this matter.
Or else we will approach CM Office.
