★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for the second time.And this time with my ?family.
My experience was very similar to the previous experience.
After ordering Biryani, I was asked to wait for 5 minutes.
When asked about my order, the attendant there told that if the order is ready then it will be available.We didn't like their behavior.
And after waiting 20 minutes, we left without food to find an alternate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was very good and delicious. I have visited twice in recent times. Staff on the ground floor is good. But I found little odd behaviour of the staff in the first floor, we visited the place with friend and family. It seemed that they were expecting us to leave the restaurant as early as possible and we were celebrating ourselves. I have not found such behaviour in others restaurant. I will think twice before the dining than to order at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first experience at Royal, and I was surprised by a number of things .
Firstly the taste of the Chicken Biryani which we order was better than my expectations and the size of the Chicken Reshmi Kabab roll was huge.But I hated the Tutti Frutti ice cream it smelled like syrup. My complaint will be they need to improve there hygiene(yes it was not clean) in the washroom and they should be providing proper bill for the food instead of just asking for the money saying that you'll not have to pay the tax (which is RS 30) .
