★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went on a 2 days tour (1/2-2/2/2020) of Agra with Royal India Vacation Tours driver Narottam. He is a fine n jovial gentleman, very good knowledge of India as a whole. I hv no complains with his car, very clean n comfortable ride all along the 5 hrs road trip Jaipur-Agra-Jaipur. I wud like to recommend him to whoever who wish to go on a tour of Agra. Thk u Narottam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic driver in Rajasthan for two solo female travellers from Australia! Highly recommend!
It was our first time travelling to India so we were unsure of what to expect as two solo female travellers from Australia. When Narottam, our driver, arrived he immediately made us feel incredibly welcome and safe. He drove us from Delhi to Agra and throughout Rajasthan with our final destination being Udaipur.
He was very flexible and accommodating with our timeline, which included driving off the beaten track on one occasion to find a very well hidden textile workshop in Bangru (outside Jaipur).
His knowledge of Rajasthan was particularly useful when it came to working out schedules and knowing when was best to travel and how long it would take. He also had a lot of local knowledge and offered interesting facts about the areas we were travelling through.
If there’s one word of advice I have about india is save yourself the hassle of booking through an overpriced travel agent and book your driver/transfers and hotels yourself!!! India is not as hard to navigate as you think- especially when you have a good driver.
We loved having Narottam as a driver, he worked with us so we could enjoy and capture every bit of our adventure and we will definitely recommend him to our friends and family in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I have just finished the tour of Rajasthan organized by Royal India Vacation Tours, starting from Jaisalmer and concluding in New Delhi for 10 days. I got Narottam's contacts, owner of the agency, from a Tripadvisor user who was very satisfied by the service, and definitely I couldn't say the opposite!! Narottam immediately turned out to be efficient and available, replying in little time to any of my questions, and guaranteeing his besf driver, and so it was. We had the chance to travel for thousands of km with
Mr Purushottam Sharma, who not only did accompany us around Rajasthan, but was also for us a guide, a bodyguard, a counsellor and a friend. For every visit, he made sure it was clear for us what to do and what not to do, giving us a short inside of what we were about to visit, indicating where to buy tickets, which the costs, if it was worth it or not. He was always very precise and on time (or better early) with an obsessive attention to the cleanliness of the car, which was washed every morning or when we left for visiting ?
Every morning he lead us to take breakfast, making us trying different kinds of traditional food and asking for me a double cup of masala tea, knowing how much I liked it.
When we forgot in Jodhpur our powerbank, Sharma made some phone calls and shortly organised the recovery of the battery which was brought to Udaipur the day after by another driver.
Last but not least, Sharma knows English and is learning Italian too!
The first night we spent in Jaipur, we were invited for dinner at Narottam's.
Not only did we eat very very well thanks to his wife and daughter, but we spent a pleasant night with lovely people who made us feel as a part of their family.
Definitely a 110 com laude service for Royal India Vacation Tours which we won't forget!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've spent 17 days around Rajhastan with Royal India Vacation Tours, with Narottam as driver, and my experience has been beyond my expectations.
Narottam is an excellent professional and met all the requirements that can make a trip in India memorable
- Safe driving: Indian streets are chaotic but I've always felt safe
- Local advices: Narottam knows well every place in Rajasthan having been driving it around for the last 20 years and can give you precious suggestions to make your trip more authentic and enjoyable
- Customer care: Narottam has been very kind and polite and never pressed me to visit any particular shop, restaurant, hotel. He was always punctual and the car always clean and provided with complimentary bottles of water
- Interpersonal intelligence: Narottam tried since the beginning of the trip to better understand my preferences and tastes and adapted his suggestions accordingly
