★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m thankful for this hospital on 31st december night time 00:13 am ( new year )my father get ill due to blood pressure, and heart problem suddenly we take him in this hosp. My father get back healthy here. But i am afraid by service of hospital is that on that day there is no any doctor who examine any patient, there are only compounder and nurse are exist, i give thank for nursing service, but doctor service is not good i give 4 star only for experienced sister and compounder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been consulting with Dr. Anuradha Singh senior consultant gynecologist at royal maternity since April 2020, from the first day of my wife's pregnancy. It was a pleasure for us. Mam and the staff helped us alot with the right advice and telling us important information throughout the pregnancy period. During lockdown Mam & Nurses were available 24x7 over whatsapp chat and phone calls. We were pretty nervous about pregnancy as this was our first child. So, we decided to go for c-section but mam advised us to go for normal delivery explaining its benefits for both the mother & the child. However this was not possible due to some delivery complications. My wife was admitted to the hospital on 15th Dec late night and the next morning we are blessed with a cute and sweet baby boy. Mam visited us twice everyday throughout our stay in hospital and educated us all the precautions a new mother should take. She patiently linstened to all our silly questions and cleared all our doubts. The thing which I admire the most is that Mam never asked us to get a lot of medical tests and ultrasounds, only the necessary ones. Neither did she gave any unnecessary medications during the pregnancy.
Apart from all this, the hospital staff is so caring, cooperative and knowledgeable that it touched my heart. Continuous followup was done by them throughout the day. They never bother about timing, be it day or any time in night they are always there to help and support. The hospital premises is so clean and tidy that you will fell like at home.
All thanx to Royal Maternity and their staffs for this happy moment in our life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheated me nd broke trust , medicines are too costly and staff service cares more about their credibility in work rather than giving care to patient .... Admitted my grandfather at hospital and remained for few days but when doctor was gone out of station , they discharged him persuading us that he can be taken care of at home and to call nd admit him again if he gets critical nd we TRUSTED the junior doctor but in just 7hours after bringing him home his condition got critical and the hospital being near my house , called them nd asked for ambulance but they blatantly said to take him to multispecialty hospital nd can't be seen , all of it coming off same day nd in just 7 hrs
We asked them to be honest if the condition is critical and to refer him but instead of being honest and admitting their shortcoming they persuaded us with wrong medical advice just to avoid responsibility and not lose credibility.... they dealt with critical condition of my grandfather well enough to keep him safe for time being but chose dishonesty nd caused tension that day which irked off most.... don't go there its just full of people who wanna save their jobs
