I have purchased filling machine and have service twice in 6 month yet not working properly so I have changed the it and purchase from other company. Poor after sell service.

The machine is not working properly and no call response from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to Prashant from this company about a sealing machine. He mentioned that delivery will only happen through a courrier which i agreed to. He did not mention anything of a courier charge until i heard of it from another person who called and mentioned the same. While he did not mention it, i missed the same on the proforma as well. However, the way Prashat spoke to me was very rude as he only values customers who give me more business worth 2 or 3 lakhs and my order which is INR2950 is extremely small. While i wanted to cancel the order he asked for a 20% charge which is not mentioned on the proforma at all. So if you want to work as per print, then all policies should work accodingly. Anyways, i am not worried that he denied paying me back completely. I am more concerned how am i being trated. The rating is only for Prashant(name as per True caller) and not for the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a sealing machine worth 1lakh from Royal Pack Industries, Goregaon, Mumbai.
However, they supplied a broken machine from the start. When I refused to accept the delivery, they said they would replace the part later. Now after continuous follow-up, they said that they will not replace the part and want me to accept a broken machine. Mr Sharath is low level C grade person who says that such cracks happen in all the machines and that I should accept it as it is. Attached is the snapshot of the communication which clearly shows that they have refused to take responsibility. Now he is saying that they will not provide service as well, if I complaint against them.
Do not buy from these cheats.
