★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is extremely unclean. We kept our dog for 3 days and she had hundreds of ticks n thousands of eggs on her body. She has fallen sick n some wounds there on body due to ticks.
Cages are Big but super damm unclean.
My advice, please avoid this pet hostel for your dog if you love them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience! I plead you not to keep your pets in this kennel. For them its just a business. They do not take care and pay attention to the pets needs or suffering. We lost my our pet dog because of their negligence and total ignorance. They didn’t provide basic medical aid. Sincere request to avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET HERE.
They do not leave the dogs to walk and a very bad smell. We left him in November and it is very cold. NO BLANKETS/CLOTH whatsoever. How can people keep these angels in such inhuman conditions and please for the sake of your pet DO NOT LEAVE THEM HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our experience on 6th Jan 2021. We kept our dog in morning . We requested for photo and video of our dog (evening to verify the pet) which was not provided to us. We requested to hand over our dog politely which request was turned down by the owner of the hostel on phone bluntly. Rather when he called us on next day i.e. 7 jan he scolded us for visiting his hostel with out his permission , which is serious and created suspicion. We were humble and polite in request but their staff refuse to attend us. When we reached the site at 10 pm we saw the door of hostel not locked, no one at the gate to protect the hostel which was shocking . These people are irresponsible , careless and rude in approach. We love our pets as our child but these people take undue advantage of our helplessness. To our surprise today morning the owner called my daughter (instead of calling me) and started complaining that there was police case as we picked up our dog at night which I found false and baseless. So please avoid keeping your pets at Royal Palms , NDA, Pune if you love your pet .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 years back. Care taker from this hotel came to drop a dog in baner area near Nandan acura society.
One old WagonR car, two persons setting at front and dog at back seat, window open, no Ac running
Car stop at me. While asking address Dog jumped from other side window start running.
These two persons were only watching by standing beside the road and dog was running on full traffic road. I gently call the dog and then picked up and handover to that person
They were not worried about your dog safety.
In short for them it is just business, no care at all. Don't dare to keep your dog here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not leave your pets at NDA Bavdhan's Royal Palm Dog Hostel. Since it was suggested to us, we kept our pet there. We later found reviews on google regarding ticks and a filthy environment. We did not want to take a chance, so we went to pick her up having informed the manager. At 10 pm, we arrived. The gates were left open. It was pitch dark. Even after honking multiple times, the caretaker was nowhere to be seen. We looked for the person keeping our car lights on.
Over the phone, the owner stated that there was no way to contact the caretaker. He refused to call him at night, claiming that if he disturbed him, he would quit his job. The proprietor is unconcerned about the animals and their owners. He just cares about worshipping their obnoxious staff. We eventually tracked down the caretaker and asked him to come out of his room and talk to us. 'Talk from outside' was his reply. We informed him that we needed to pick our pet and depart immediately. HE SAID NO.
We were not allowed to have our own pet. After much commotion, the owner arrived and asked the person to release our pet. When we got to the cages where they were kept, we found the dogs sitting in their own feces. The cages were soaked through and through. My pet hadn't eaten the food or had been taken out for a walk. Fortunately, we were able to get our pet out before it was too late.
However, I spoke with a number of folks whose pets got afflicted with ticks and other parasites as a result of just one night at Royal Palms. This place has resulted in the death of one person's pet due to tick fever.
Please do not, under any circumstances, leave your pet here.
The dogs are sad, cold and terrified.
The environment is filthy.
The dog cages are washed while the dogs are inside and they must remain inside till the cage dries.
The people are obnoxious, cold and cruel to animals.
After 7 pm, there is just one person who stays in the hostel and even he is not unavailable.
After we have left our pets there, we do not receive any updates on them.
Several police cases have been filed against them.
Due to lack of documentation, they have had to surrender their pets to the PFA once.
DO NOT MAKE THE BLUNDER OF LEAVING YOUR PETS HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend really had a bad experience doing a business with Royal Palms Dog Hostel. They are not professional and you might have to go through a mental stress while your pet stays there with them. Pets are kept in cages the whole time throughout their stay. Also, the food provided to the pet is not good. I read some reviews about some serious health issues to the pet after the stay at this hostel. A word of advice to the people running the business, you get paid to take care of the pet so please act like that. They are also a free living being and deserve to walk around and play whenever they want. I would definitely not recommend anyone this place. Stay away guys.!
