★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here was a nightmare. The worst hotel till date.
A 'D' grade hotel with worst staff.
Incidents in a single night:
1. A girl and a guy knocked @2.30 in night and started shouting it went for an hour and none of the staff member paid heed to it.
2. People were drinking in common area.
3. No pool and other facilities so mentioned.
4. Breakfast was stale looks like it was a day old.
5. Force to give good reviews.
Never ever stay in this hotel also will not recommend worst enemy to stay there.

big rooms, soft beddings. tv and dish were working. Food is good but a bit expensive for the quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this hotel in December 2020. Let me tell you one by one.
That time, reception area was on first floor but now its on ground floor (I visited this resort in January this year again). Reception employees are good in nature.
On the first floor there is a banquet for marriage and other functions.
Waiting area is nice, you’ll see fountain things here.
Rooms are not that great, seriously. Perhaps that can be because of renovation of hotel (that’s what I was told by room service employee when I complain about the same) when I visited. But if they are normal rooms, rooms are not good.
Ambiance of hotel is decent. Hospitality is also of 'theek thaak’ level.
These are the things in 2020, I don’t know how this hotel host you today. But if there is difference now, please reply me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious rooms with more than decent facilities. It has its own hall (banquet). Must stay here with family and friends. Staff was also co-operative and helpful Even after we lost our keys PS- We booked 8 rooms for 22 people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible services were never seen before this kind of resort. Also, phone calls are not answering. I have to go ground floor from my room and I told them room lock is not working. They said it. I will do it quickly, but no one is giving me solutions until my checkout time. I want to call for it but the phone is not working. We complained about things like that no one giving me solutions. Rooms are not clean and very bad smells. Even breakfast is very bad ? There are some mosquitoes on all eating items I am sharing here a pictures have a look

But few things I found like the basin pipe was broken or is not fitted properly, for that the water leakage was there continuously whenever we were using basin. And the flush tank switch(push to flush) was broken out of 2, 1 was working. Breakfast was good. Rest of the things are fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked in at the night of 3rd January 2022 and checked out in the morning the next day. I had given ₨ 4,500 for 2 rooms, and ₨ 3,500 for the other 2 rooms as there were 3 people in 2 rooms and 2 people in the other 2. After checking in at 8:30 at night, the bedsheets, mattresses and the quilts were playing Holi with stains! I even found out that it was infested by cockroaches! The excuse of the staff was that they came from the lobby, like the cleanliness was a big ZERO. This hotel is NOT worth the money. We couldn’t even take a hot water bath! Before checking in and after checking out, the staff said that they can’t give us hot water as they start the motor after 7:00 and I had a flight at 6:00! Even in the smallest things as water, the hotel wanted to save money by conserving electricity!
After reading this review, the management will reply us and just tell sorry and not doing this next time and many other excuses, but they won’t give us the refund or even the compensation services. I had booked through the other reviews, thinking this hotel must be good, but by experiencing the less than 12-hour stay, I am sure that there is some mistake in the reviews. I am giving 1 star just because it is the lowest I can give, or else I would have given zero stars.

They said it. I will do it quickly, but no one is giving me solutions until morning. I want to call for breakfast but the phone is not working.
