★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very strange that they are reluctant to show the pet hostel. I paid Rs 1000 advance and then wanted to see the hostel before putting my dog. But the lady Asha made hundreds of excuses but never showed the hostel. There appears to be something fishy. I finally did not keep my dog there.
They said they will refund the advance, but never did even after so many follow ups. I will never put my dog there.

Very doubtful because, as you can see above the mentioned address is Koregaon park, Pune. But when we called , we came to know that the address is from Lohegoan. But we thought may be they have another branch or something..so we ignored. That was our big mistake.
I was telling him about the complete timetable of my pup related to food and pooping but he was not even listening carefully. I even provided complete food but I doubt that he have given proper food on time to my pup. I even asked him to take pup's bed with him but he denied and said we have beds but when he sent photos there were no beds and my pup was sleeping on one small bedsheet.
Pick up drop was compulsory so that we cannot see the actual place and they gave many reasons for that. Till the pup is picked up and we paid him complete bill he was active on phone all the time since 2 days before pick up.
On the first day I called the pet sitter in the morning just to know the status my pup is eating properly or not but he didn't receive the call. I called him many times minimum for 1 and half hour almost 20 times in between the time of his eating already passed but the sitter didn't pick up the call. And when he picked up he was very casual and said that phone was on silent and was avoiding for video call. And finally when he called I could see that he may have locked him in one room which was like store room.
There are no photos on website, no proper location given...he never allow to see the actual place where our pups will live and he only have our pup at that time no other pups. That's why there was no assurance from their side how our pup will be and in what condition. On second day also he was again avoiding to do a video call...So we felt very bad for our pup and got stressed and cut short out trip and came back in less time. Our pup took 1 day after coming back from them to be normal.
I would just say if you love ur pet don't even try to call them and don't trust on their sweet talk.
